Equinox is a word that comes from Latin and means “equal nights” and equinoxes (that happen at fall and spring) are the only days of the year in which the sun moves across the celestial equator.

Fall has started and it isn’t hard to tell because the temperatures are beginning to drop and the days are getting shorter.
